The Challenge

CartFlow's legacy Magento platform suffered from 4+ second page loads, a 5-step checkout process with 72% abandonment, and no product recommendation engine. Mobile users — 68% of traffic — had an especially poor experience.

Our Solution

We rebuilt the storefront with Next.js for instant page loads, integrated Shopify Storefront API for headless commerce, added Algolia for lightning-fast search, and built an AI recommendation engine that increased average order value by 34%. The checkout was reduced to a single-page flow.

The Results

Within 90 days of launch, conversion rates tripled from 1.2% to 3.6%. Cart abandonment dropped from 72% to 30%. The platform now processes 50,000+ daily transactions and drove $8.6M in incremental revenue in its first year.
