practical/technical Interview in a first oral interview the candidates should be asked about the general knowledge of their field and experience. In the
second round, he or she should be asked about the past work details and questions related to hr and in the third round, he or she should be going through
the practical task given by the project managers. If the candidate found to be suitable to work with he or she should be selected to work with the team of sensussoft.
